Bryan Pudney - Local Realtor and Business owner.

Bryan grew up in Vancouver. His love for the ocean and surfing brought him out to Tofino a lot as a child and feels so blessed that he gets to call this place home.

Before moving to Ucluelet, Bryan had numerous careers. He first big boy job was working for Herschel Supply. He was an early employee and got to watch that company explode. Before working for Herschel, Bryan was able to appear on Dragons Den for a small business idea he had. He ended up selling that company shortly after getting a couple deals from the Dragons. This set him off on his reckless path of entrepreneurship.

Although Herschel was a dream job, he did not feel fulfilled and spent the better part of a decade searching for what made him happy. Starting businesses brought him great joy and after leaving Herschel he started a handful, including an umbrella company called Westerly, a food truck called Aloha Bowls and he even wrote a kids book.

With varying degrees of success and failure, Bryan struggled to figure out what ideas really deserved his attention. As he started to get older he worried that he may always be lost. But thats when the magic happened. He found a passion for real estate and realized it checked the box of being is own business while also having some structure and mentors. For the first time he had people he respected and looked up to help show him the way. This was also the moment he realized how important it was to have a mentor.
